The information provided and gathered on this site is provided by Virtual Activist, a company registered in Helsinki, Finland and abiding to local legislation.

We gather as little data as possible to reach these goals:

• Engage in business relations with the companies the people present.

• Form a network of activist investors in our insider loop, and allow them to communicate with each other.

• Gather contact details of people interested in the company to enable future communication with them,

We do not share the information gathered with any third parties.

We may share participant information with other participants of the same event or activity. This is explicitly made clear to people as they share their own information.

Information we gather is stored on Microsoft’s 365 platform, Google’s Drive platform, and the Squarespace website platform. All credentials with access to data require double verification, and measures for user safety are taken.
